The meat juice funnel with unassembled tube enables simple and hygienic sample collection. Before sampling, the funnel and tube must be connected. The sample is then placed into the funnel, sealed, and frozen. During thawing, the meat juice is collected in the attached tube and can be tested for Salmonella or tetracycline. Clear sample identification is ensured by a barcode label. Customized barcode printing with ES number (EU-approved slaughterhouse number) and sequential numbering is available.
